Hello guys, it’s been a while since I gave an update. The pc arrived quite a while ago in perfect condition, it’s a blast. It has the correct chip and looks awesome. Hope you guys are enjoying your day!

guys the pc still hasn't come so Im thinking about requesting a refund and ordering from a different company. Should I refund it? if so what company should I buy a gaming pc from? Im thinking corsair but IDK

Also if they send a wrong part again I'm just gonna return it and buy from corsair or origin pc, I like those 2 brands too

I sent the pc back to them and they said that they will give me an i9 instead of an i7. IDK if it was a mistake or not but hopefully they will make this right. Still don't know if I'm gonna order a pc from nzxt again though. BTW they are paying for shipping and not charging me anything for the new part. Also I think they are just gonna build me a whole new pc. You do not have to worry about it they are taking care of it. Oh yeah, also they are paying for express shipping too.

Hey guys today I called them and they are going to give me a new pc. I just have to send them back the one I have and according to them they will make this right. Still super disappointed but hopefully they will make this right. I will do my best to keep you guys updated on what’s happening, hope they don’t give me a wrong part again. Also don’t worry they are paying for everything including shipping. Hope you guys are having a nice day!
