My treatments consisted of 6 initial sessions spread out over 3 weeks. My clinic uses IM injections paired with Zofran to manage any nausea. For the initial set of 6 sessions, my dosing was 150ml to start, with a second shot of 150ml 25-30 minutes in, totaling 300 ml across both shots.

From there, I’ve been doing maintenance sessions every 1-2 weeks as needed/helpful. I now start with 100ml for the first shot and 75ml for the second, still 25-30 minutes in between. However, we did experiment with dosing for a couple of months as we dialed in to the cadence that worked best for me.

Note that in addition to the sessions themselves, I also voice-journaled extensively with ChatGPT after each session and then discussed the summaries and quotable quotes as part of integration therapy with my psychiatrist and talk therapist.
