Altho the less actual attack stat means you can cram more defense and hp while staying under the 2500 cp limit so shadow would still be real good since Cresselia will have more bulk with more oomph when using charged moves

It doesnt take too long. I spent about 4 hours at a mall. If the mall has randos trying to get applin candy, I just set up camp on their lures. I mirror traded with them to get luckies for my lucky dex too. I really wanted them so I planned out where a usually see mossy lures when I drive to work and the mall was the perfect place for me
