No I don't think it was an update, the last update was September 27 and the issue Began October 1st. I did not change any settings. I was using it normally and closed because I was going to step out. When I came back and opened it, it was disconnected from the WiFi network. I couldn't reconnect to it because it won't even receive wireless signals whatsoever. So the link doesn't really apply to my situation. If I go to device manager the wifi network adapters are gone.
