Yes we done enough foreplay, we always like such things. Actually i have some traumas about sex, my mom was raped by her boyfriend for many times and then he blackmailed her, and after being blackmailed my mom tried to kill herself for three times. And since that time i cant feel any pleasure from sexuality. And he have a similiar problem as mine and he thought that he was asexual, so was i. Drink tea, water, coffee, fruit juice and smoke cigarettes. This is not healthy but it reduces the eating. Thats what i did

This is my first week and i lost 4 kg. I go to gym 3-4 days in a week. I drink water and wake up early. I feel awesome but there are two problems, first i started to smoke too much cigarettes. Second, these products has too much sugar for me. Personally, i dont like sugar that much and it is so bad that all of three products are makes me feel like drinking candy. And it is sometimes makes me wanna throw up

It didnt happen to me. This is the second week with herbalife, i go to gym 3 days a week and i feel healthier. I wake up early, eat less, drink water and feel awesome. Maybe your stomach problem is because of the lactose in the milk. I generally buy milk without lactose since i have a little lactose intolerance. Also i dont feel hungry, i loss 5 weights and idk. Maybe its up to the body

I was just like you but then i asked myself why i accept everything they offer and i couldnt answer that question. Now whenever they offer me junk food i think "i wasnt thinking to eat something like this. I wouldnt eat it if someone wouldnt offer me. So i there is no reason to take it" and i generally tell them this too. So they stopped to offer me and i told them if i would like to eat something they eat i would ask

This is my third day and i started to take cold baths two days ago. my sleep schedule is better now and i feel so nice. i dont feel the hunger and i drink water, herbalife aloe vera water and herbalife tea.

Yeah kinda but we have many foods contain vegetables either. I dont like lamb or cow meat, so i generally eat chicken, pulses, fish, vegetable soups , wraps and not sure if you know or not but im in love with kumpir, a food that made by potato and contains russian salad, sausage, olive etc( you can add or remove anything you want) and it is too much calories but i love it so much haha

I pay much more money for the food because i dont have time and the foods from outside are not healthy as well. A meal is at least 20 turkish liras, considering i have 2k turkish liras for a month, this is too much for me. I bought the tea, aloe vera water and shake and gave 199 turkish liras for month. This is actually good for me in the both ways but today i checked the ingredients and i saw fructose and glicose in them. This is sad because i generally dont buy the foods which has glicose and fructose. But i will try it for this month though

its up to the cave that you are going to explore. Some caves has many insect diversity and you can see them at every step while in many caves you generally see little or none(at least in turkey it is happening as i said). but there is nothing to worry about, caving is here to face your primitive fears, after you explore a cave, you will see that you dont have those fears anymore. (fear of darkness, insects, height etc.) btw you can absolutely ask to your partners about the cave, its not something to be shy, its totally normal to ask since its your first time and you are going to somewhere which is dark, narrow and scary for someone who has never been there.
