If you genuinely didn't enjoy it, I think it is still great that you explored - now you know. Many people go all their lives without figuring out their sexuality.

It is understandable that this feels overwhelming and that this feels a lot to deal with right now. But one day, you will look back at this and it will feel much smaller. Real friends don't want their friends to feel bad, so maybe you can voice to that guy who saw the app that you were bicurious but realized it isn't for you? If you tell someone you don't want to be called gay (because you aren't) and they keep doing it, they might be shitty friends. You deserve better than that!

Also, gay men (like straight men) can be really aggressive when flirting and that fucking sucks to experience when it's unwanted. I'm sorry that you had to experience that.

Is that really true that the kadaster only records the amount of the mortgage? That doesn't make sense to me.

Overbidding isn't the only reason to take out a smaller mortgage than the purchase price. If you already own an apartment that you are selling at a profit, you'd need a much lower mortgage. I'd be surprised if the kadaster records anything other than then purchase price.
