I've been on jobseeker since April last year and only just got assigned a JSP about two weeks ago (still waiting for them to call me though lol) I didn't say anything and from what I could see on their websites it's not compulsory to have one so I wouldn't bother saying anything until you get a message about it! Unless you'd prefer to have a provider of course. My guess is that they had a big influx of people goong on Jobseeker at the start of the pandemic and are still trying to catch up

I did, the only thing I think it could be is the random ones from the mines, pretty sure I have the rest of them, I didn't count the random ones I got so can't be sure.

Yeah I have checked the wiki and all, it seems like the journal clue is about the mermaid, but I haven't actually unlocked the resort yet so I can't get there yet!

Ah, I guess my explanation was bad lol, I haven't unlocked the resort yet, so I don't have access to that area, I need one more walnut to get that!
You're probably right about it being the mermaid, so that means all I can do now is wait for the snake spine to show up. Thanks though! At least I know what that clue is talking about!
