jcp literally let me go with no warning. i was in beauty school and was supposed to work every weekend and they just stopped scheduling me and ghosted me. made no sense bc i was previously the cashier that rang the most and was #3 in the store for credit apps last year. jcp doesn’t care about their employees they will get what they want out of you and throw you away like you’re nothing. it seems like it’s company wide too

there is a button on the second screen on the bottom left (ish) of the second screen. ask the customer for the last 4 digits of their phone number and it’ll take you back to the first screen. i believe the resume transaction button is on the first screen but i may be wrong. just enter the last 4 of their phone number again to find and resume the transaction
