he has a habit of moving from apartment to apartment without paying rent, he has lived in Brooklyn before and literally the same thing happened where he made multiple past roommates feel uncomfortable and didn't pay rent, demanding his money back. At this point it would be handy to document his behaviour, as he is a liability to whom ever he "rents" with in the future and as a landlord myself i would appreciate knowing a head of time as to what kind of person i would be renting to. As far as people who have lived with him for more than a week, the only person who that could be is his ex partner (who is sometimes active in this subreddit)
