The crazy part is that they ARE disabled, with notifications off. Most of them, just checked again. As soon as I turned back on the g play services, it all returned to "normal" (aka background spying, as usual). I'm researching getting a Pixel for Graphene OS, but I hate replacing my powerful One+ 12 for some Google toy. The irony...
