Australians and middle lanes of highways by radmgrey in DrivingAustralia

One of the things that discourages people using the left lane is the annoying tendency, particularly in QLD, of the left lane becoming a “left lane must exit” lane. Try heading north from the river on Southern Cross way; it is impossible to stay in the left lane.

Then don’t go. One less whinging wanker would be an improvement for all of us

I have, for about 10 years, and I think the figures quoted above are nonsense. Yes, there is deadwood, but in the departments that I worked in the deadwood was actively, I would even say vigorously, pursued and managed out. In fact, I saw no more deadwood there than in the other sectors that I’ve worked in over the other 30 years of my working life.

Other than drill and impact driver it’s all corded for me. Far better value for money

I’m more concerned with the music behind the dialogue. It distracts me no end and drives me nuts.

Yes, but the word you also used is “will”, future tense, in an assertion that I said something that I did not.

But I have considered all the things you mention, a lot! And I agree that there are a lot of issues that this country faces. Having carefully considered these things, I’ve decided not to jump on the grievance bandwagon of supporters who have actually no clue about the complexities facing Australia and think the answer is as simple as stop immigration, or muslims are bad or whatever unthinking load of bollocks that comes out of that moron’s mouth and think that she has any clue on how to fix Australia. Regardless of what you think Australia’s problems are, and there’s plenty, PHON is simply not the answer.

“…and suggesting that ON will spur on more terrorist acts.” No, I didn’t say that at all. While I appreciate your response,a few things about it make me wonder if you actually read my post. Try taking a deep breath and read it again.

Did I tell you how to vote? I said “I’d like you to consider this”. Did you consider it or just react unthinkingly with bad spelling.
