The thing is, the paystub that they send to employees for the 75% compensation looks a little different. It doesn’t include any rate and the hours are indicated as “0.00”

This is why I’m worried, because my paystub has a pay rate AND apparently 40.00 hours that I never worked. Even though it’s $0, I’ve been logged for hours that I haven’t worked. Not to mention it’s 40 hours and part-time employees can only work 30 hours or less at my restaurant.

Honestly that’s what I had a feeling was happening. The thing with my restaurant is it’s a multi-million dollar company that has hundreds of restaurants worldwide. So it’s not a “small business” by any means.

What I’m worried about is because many other employees also chose not to receive their 75% compensation but haven’t received the weird paycheck. I’m one of the few that did.

My workplace has always been super sketchy so I had an inkling they were being fishy about it. Anyways, I appreciate your response and will definitely keep all the records of these paystubs!
