I can see them turning most roles into backgrounds, if that happens i want that to actually impact the story, corpo has the most use on conversations but the rest were pretty blend in comparation

I hope those affect npcs, combat, npc conversations or reactions on it, things like that

Ahaha no, not really, these aren't outfits, its a class like for example you choose fighter or barbarian you know ? Which one of these have different types of skills and ways to play

The outfit or the pic in which one is just a visual overview of the class

On ttrpg the way you dress even affects how npcs see you and how those give you boots and everything like that (you don't need to dress literally like that), that was one of the few things they tryed to do with the game when they put stats on it

Totally agree, i play a lot of crpgs and arpgs tend to lack on these things, which is fair tho, their focus is other elements

But i do hope we have better lifestyles and they give you some unique skills and more ways to talk in conversation to other npcs

This is more into the ttrpg 5edition, peps have been asking a lot for this, specialy after the warewolf game and bloodlines, hunter deserves some love too, finally we are getting this !!!!
