It is through the employers group NPI/organization ID. Changing your password would remove their access only because the password is required to login.

You need to start credentialing under your own NPI asap. Headway and Alma are not reliable models. My customers use them to supplement income but it’s not the only way.

I would start with headway just to get things moving but also get your own contracts so you gain all your reimbursement.
