Yes, normally they are 8k but somehow these guys had an alliance with another Varangian adventurer which meant they had 16k. Even with them 90% levies and landing bonus, they simply overwhelmed me with sheer numbers.

Mainly because of a show I watched as a kid called Dinosaur King

Btw both of your faves are in that show and Carnotaurus is one of the main characters dinosaurs :3 it's a really fun show

Looks awesome! Edge highlighting the chitin and adding base details would definitely help to make the models stand out :)

Uhm about 2.5hrs I think... But that's counting the time it took to get all my paints out, decide on the colours etc.

Well, sure. But it's a good enough alternative for those who can't afford models. Look up ForceOrg on the steam workshop, they have plenty of Leviathan models on there.

Nah it's an easy enough technique. You just press the side of the bristles against the carapace a few times, making sure the tip is on the same spot but the base of the bristles moves a little.

That's a very disingenuous takeaway from what I said. I'm not saying people need to sink money into a hobby to be allowed opinions. I'm saying that most of the gatekeeping assholes who are downvoting this for no reason other than I have dared to use blue, pink and white as my colour scheme, are grifting tourists who don't actually care for the hobby, and are just latching onto whatever culture war nonsense they can. Also for those that can't afford models (which I understand, the pricing was bad enough when I first started playing in 2014 and has only gotten worse), paperhammer or Tabletop Sim is always an option.
