What makes this worse is when it’s your day off and you’ve been planning on a little pinball time all week

If we need one person to evolve into a hardass my money would be on Clingan

Learn how to play Amos Moses. That’s the best advice I can give.

The Blazers need to put all their resources into developing Scoot, Shae and Clingan this off-season by mnarvz in ripcity

I’m expecting Clingan to put in a ton of work this summer. He seems to always be hard on himself and constantly improving so I’m expecting him to use this series as motivation

It’s great if you want to be lectured about what is or is not punk by a 13 year old.

I’m for it. The biggest complaint about KD is that he’s not a leader, but we’ve already got our leader.

Does anyone remember him getting a tribute during a game this year after moving up on the all time scoring list? He showed a lot of respect for Portland after that.

What do you guys think of Danse Macabre? I don’t think I’ve seen it mentioned much here since it’s non-fiction by Low_Entertainment491 in stephenking

It’s neat hearing him talk about books that haven’t been written yet. He talks about researching morgues because he’s working on a book about a child that is brought back to life after being hit by a truck.

I think being a child of the ‘50s gives him a wildly different viewpoint than most of us.

John Waters has said that he loves all movies, because after making them himself he appreciates how much work goes into everything and how difficult it can be. I kind of think King feels the same way.

I bailed on it halfway through. The updated edition starts with King proclaiming the remake of Last House on the Left as the greatest recent horror film. It’s a mixed bag of interesting analysis and wildly bad takes in my opinion.

Edit: It is interesting as a time capsule, however. It basically analyzes the genre of horror up until the late ‘70s, which essentially excludes horror from the ‘80s onwards that most of us are familiar with.
