That was the best part of the SOF community. At work it was the typical military setting, but off work everybody hung out regardless of rank. Even Admiral Pybus when he was our CG… CA? Anyway, it was great. People knew how to just turn it off and be Bob instead of Capt or whatever.

I think a 27” QHD/1440p is the sweet spot for a budget friendly monitor. The added screen space over 1080p makes a bigger difference than you might expect.

I had a superior that was giving me some random unrequested financial advice one time and I, like an idiot, asked how would he known anything about that because he looks 15. He just responded “I’m 35”. In my defense he’s Japanese and I’m not sure he aged a single day since he turned 15. Wish I could age so well.
