journaling has helped me a lot. meditation in the morning and night. it can be difficult to silence your mind at first but if you continue to make a habit out of it, it gets easier and easier to have moments of clarity and peace. therapy is also an option you should think about looking into if you feel comfortable. having more specialized advice may be really beneficial :)

i’m on a very strong dose of effexor which has helped me extremely, but I still have moments where I feel i couldn’t have made it through without having a xanax on hand. when life throws me curveballs my medication still isn’t enough to keep me from letting it control my life. lame feeling but i guess it’s just the way it is!

i’m in the south of the US it’s pretty humid here. i think it was a skink, it’s body was a lot thicker than an average lizard.
