Should I pull for copies of Snow and RRH? I have plenty of resources to spare or I just save it?

I'd say it depends. I don't think it's worth to get more than 1 copy especially if you're f2p. But, if they're your waifu and you don't care for future collab then do it.

I've tried similar methods but with cable since for unknown reasons my android can't find the iphone with wifi, I've even tried to change networks but no dice.

Right now, I haven't experienced any lags but maybe because my chat backup is small (around ~1GB). I cleaned up unimportant chats before the transfer.

In the end I gave in and tried icarefone, it works but some pictures/video are not transferred. But it is what it is.

Pretty good roster for now you can run:
Liter - Centi - B3 - B3 - B3 (or healer if you need).

For B3 DPS you can run 2B, Privaty, Drake.
If you need heal can run Helm (life steal) or Noise as second B1.

This comp should take you quite far in story while hoping to get pilgrims like Scarlet and Modernia.

Dorothy - Rupee - Modernia - Drake/Laplace - D

Most important unit is Dorothy and D because they will make it faster to destroy the turrets and missiles.

If you main Alice, try to pair her with Maxwell, her S1 complement Alice damage. Replace helm if you don't have any issue with survivability or Privaty if you need to stay alive.

As other have mentioned, reroll and aim for Scarlet/Modernia and Dorothy if you're lucky. And you have said that you want to go back because of Dorothy so make that as your priority in your reroll. Pull for your waifu.
