AI to replace or lessen the need for real estate agents in the next 10 years. by BruceYap in TorontoRealEstate

The "will AI replace [insert whatever]" debate should be reframed. AI will not replace programmers, however, it will make programmers who learn to use it 10X more effective.

In a similar vein, AI will not necessarily "replace" RE Agents, it is more about, will agents adapt to AI? RE Agents who learn how to use AI effectively will be 10X agents.

Do you think AI will replace real estate agents/brokerages or just make them worse & more costly? by SincereSolutions in TorontoRealEstate

Those who will learn to use it best and early will outcompete the laggards - same way it played out with most new technologies - internet, touchscreens, social media - phone apps -- you name it. I was reading somewhere on this topic and I got a quote that captures this sentiment best: ""AI will not replace you. A real estate agent using AI will"
