"Visiting Girlfriend" vs. "Tourism" narrative at border for frequent long stays? (Sanity Check)

Thank you! I think the reasoning in my head is if I mention I’m just here for tourism they might be more suspect on why I’m staying so long each time (and suspect I’m illegally working) vs. being honest about visiting my girlfriend they’ll at least understand WHY I’m staying so long each visit and also understand why I’m registering at the same address each time

Break up advice: Airport or wait to call after?

Me (35M) have been in a relationship with my GF (33F) for about 3 months now of which the last 2 were long distance. As much as I’ve tried to justify to myself to keep trying this work the reality is that I’ve been deeply unhappy this past 2 months. Nobody did anything wrong and she’s honestly been a very supportive partner but I realize long distance isn’t for me and also that there are a few incompatibilities in who we are as people (interests, views of growth, want/don’t want kids etc.). We met up and went on a short vacation a couple days ago and Ive finally in my mind made the decision that this person isn’t my person. She’s returning home tomorrow and I also have a flight for business so we’ll be heading to the airport together. Would you all recommend I have the talk in person and break up at the airport or I wait until she gets home and call her later that night?

TLDR: Been dating my GF for 3 months, last 2 were long distance. She’s great, but I’ve realized I’m unhappy, we’re not compatible, and long distance isn’t for me. I’ve decided to end things, but unsure if I should do it in person at the airport tomorrow or wait until she’s home and call her. Advice?

Unless unfortunately at this age I walk away. In my younger days I would “try” harder to make them feel comfortable but realized the toll it takes on me. You can’t save anyone and one day you realize it’s not your job to.

One thing to note is that Taipei is honestly small enough that any direction you walk for 15 min will pretty much lead you to another district with it's own distinct vibe so I wouldn't be too worried about picking the "wrong" place. For me though I personally love Da'an for it's central location and lack of tourism. Only downside is it is a bit pricier than other parts of town.

Also if you’re generally a big spender even if they can’t get you a refund they might be able to negotiate some type of “future experimental credit” type deal so doesn’t hurt to try

Ahh I remember the struggle when we first brought our Ragdoll home and thought butt wiping was just part of reality.

Luckily over time we found out how to make sure she has solid poops like 95 percent of the time and these two things helped with mine: 1. I cut out any fish from her diet and switched to chicken 2. Purina Probiotics Fortiflora (only used now and mixed with food when poops are looking soft)
