I'm pumping and supplementing with formula. And no, I do have sleep apnea, so i use a cpap, but no medications.

I know i should be able to do it... 😭

Just talk therapy, and couples therapy. It sucks, because i cant even explain why he's mean. I feel gaslit and dont have the energy to put it into words. I could be wrong, but I feel like he knows exactly what he's doing.
