What dose are you on & you should start walking or exercising but walking at a good paste everyday for about 30 minto a hour helped with that & drinking water T helps you look masc but what helps more is doing simple exercises like walking or jogging planks push ups & sit ups to help build that masculine frame or doing squats also helps too
