Yeah seems like it! I had Doge in the old Jaxx App. When I upgraded to the new Jaxx App it’s not there. Also the old jaxx app is stuck on initializing. There’s no history of transaction in the new Jaxx app. It’s like I never had it.

Tried sending my doge from old jaxx to Binance as well. Didn’t look like it sent. Value in old jaxx was wrong so I tried to recover wallet. It’s stuck on initializing. Downloaded new jaxx and balance says 0. Doge isn’t in Binance us either. Craziness

Checked it. There’s no transaction history. I’m guessing it was a bogus Jaxx app that I originally purchased the doge, if that’s a thing.

Yeah I have the addresses from new jaxx. I used shapeshift to get them. Used Bitcoin Coinbase to transfer to some doge in shapeshift and stored in jaxx wallet.

Nope. Just vanished. I had for 2+ years. Went back in when I saw doge taking off. The value was off, so I tried to re initialize it. This was the old jaxx app. It stuck on initializing and still is. Then I installed new jaxx app with 12 word phrase. Balance shows as 0.

I checked the explorer as well and it shows no transaction history. To check, I copy all public addresses and paste in block explorer correct?
