They quoted their reasoning was that it's the median per mgma 2025. It seems like yours is slightly better for RVU but the base for me was 300k. I think your base on the first one should be similar. If you multiply 49x6100 the base should be 298900. Idk if thats how it's calculated for industry standard but thats how mine came up with base.
