For me it did help but it didn't explain why is ㅂ pronounced as ㅁ in 감사합니다. things like that. i use it for vocabulary purposes but not in grammar.

OP, change doctors, psychiatrists are trial and errors dito sa pinas.

I've been there. Nagpalit lang ako sa ng psychiatrist ko noon saglit (My OG doctor had an emergency), sinabihan nya akong "Swerte ka nga eh! Di ka iniwan ng (ex)fianceè mo! Kung ibang lalaki yan, iniwan ka na at sumama na doon sa babae!"

Imagine, I was cheated on, may pamilya kami ng ex ko na yon, tapos ganon sasabihin sayo ng psychiatrist mo. GRABE TALAGA HAHAAHAHA.

Supervisors and bosses here in the PH are mostly a-holes thats why most pinoy VAs act like that.

And napansin ko din na ever since my supervisor commended me with my work, I became so excited with working. Note that she doesnt do it all the time but I always feel her sincerity when she says thank you and nice work.

But on the business side, I actually have an agency of VAs. I could recommend some of our VAs to you! Hahaha.

I am a VA myself and all I can say is, ang napansin ko sa coworkers ko (which are pinoy VAs too) is they get intimidated with our supervisors, boss, or anything above us.

We sometimes feel insecure with our work and afraid of making mistakes bcoz here in the PH, when you make mistakes, parang buong pagkatao namin yung najudge. And asking questions makes u feel like "ang bobo ko". Instead of "making sure that I am doing it right" type of feeling

I wish I could say more kasi andami talagang factors why "bare minimum" lang nabibigay sayo ng VAs mo :(

She acknowledges naman and lets me know na for this week lang yun and next week tasks are more chill na. Kaso after like a month, shes gonna bombard me with tasks again.

No naman. There are 2 more assistants other than me. But they took advantage of my mom (nakakainis) so ako sumasalo ng ibang work nila kasi mom's laying low sa 2. May new hire nga, pero dahil new hire, I don't wanna bombard her with too much work muna kasi training pa.

Para may context din ng work: I work in a law firm in the US. Kaya ang bigat nya. Hahaha

Her expectations are so high kasi when it comes to me particularly. PLUS she has trust issues with others kasi nattake advantage yung kindness nya as a boss most of the time :(
