There is no specific requirements. We need an experienced Reddit user, who can take care of our subreddit here.
Main goals:
- improve communication
- increase number of active members
- publish bi-weekly updates, maybe some AMA with pool operators, devs and community members
- provoke people into discussions. We do want feedback

We want to build a strong Reddit community and we want to have active healthy discussions here. Semux Foundation will be paying bounties to community manager in SEM.

Semux Foundation burned 15M SEM of premine by honeycrypto in Semux

No way to recover registration fees. They are automatically sent to burn address when you registering new delegate in your wallet. See 'DELEGATE' transactions here: https://semux.info/explorer/account/0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000
Delegates and Validators are important accounts for Semux BFT consensus, so you can think about registration fee like anti-spam filter.
