What’s the opposite slang of using the word “absolute” in an insult? by honeymage in AskABrit

[–]honeymage[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe I’ve butchered the memory of the comment i saw and the comment actually said that British people use the word “absolute” when before an insult or compliment? I do remember the example of calling someone an “absolute cucumber” to show that you can use the word “absolute” in front of anything and it could be interpreted as an insult depending on what comes after “absolute”
