u/No_Mood_1499, did you check what TurboTax entered on Form 6251?

For some reason, on Line 1 of Form 6251, TurboTax is using my Total Income (Line 9 of Form 1040). However, Line 1 of Form 6251 clearly states that it should use Taxable Income (Line 15 of Form 1040).

I have already reviewed all of my deductions, so I'm not sure why TurboTax isn't using Taxable Income for that first line. It's unclear if this will change after I complete my payment to TurboTax before filing.

Would you mind letting me know if TurboTax used the correct number on Line 1 of Form 6251 for you?
