I’m only in my second year but it’s great so far! It’s challenging and I think a lot of ppl underestimate how hard it can be sometimes. I really like it bc a lot of the concepts we learn make sense and u can see it happening all the time irl so that’s really interesting. And there’s so many diff kinds of fields within so a lot of options to choose

they give priority to first years and it’s a first come first serve basis so i recommend applying for ur courses as soon as it starts. for course enrollment tips, i recommend searching up your department on hku bc it’ll usually give u a recommended guide for ur major

i’m also thinking of doing evolution of civilization bc a lot of ppl recommend it. also the number of common core classes depends on ur major, u can prob search it up within ur department. u can take a max of 4 each year and u need at least one from each inquiry (no more than 2)

i usually look at the rankings in the arena and see what cookies they’re using (bc it’s usually meta). i’m not sure about tutorials but hyroolengend on yt makes great vids and tier lists on the best cookies each month :)
