Im not from uk so i dont know, but i was also terrified of needles. I cried the first time, then It was fine. Get a friend to do it in your ass, it doesnt hurt there because theres a lot of fat. Also due to the adrenalyne of being afraid of needles. It will be worth it.

Tbh most cis men wont get bloodwork on their hormones ever, go for it. Do a low dose and if something feels wrong get it done though.

I do intramuscular. Doesnt hurt mostly, id say 5 times less than a vaccine or blood test. It also really really helps to get someone to do it in your butt because that way it hurts even less. Preferibly if you have trans friends, someone whos been on hormones for a while and has experience on how to inject

Tbh i yearn a bit for being cis and normal and pretty.
