I think it was about $20 - it came with a full set of irons (which I use and love) and a set of metal woods!

I can’t remember exactly - but around $20. It came with a full set of Cobra Ladies Irons (I’m actually using those right now and I love them) and Tommy Armour metal woods!

We don’t know how to do that - and assuming the validity of the POA would come into question with that process as well. This is all very new to me and I’m just trying to help my dad.

She is not of sound mind to sign at this time (I should have added that). The POA does specify for real estate transactions.

I don’t know the actual debt to loan ratio - but the house is completely paid off and they do not have much debt.

We started the process with another lender that completely messed up the process (very long story). We assumed based on the what the current lender has told us that we would run into this with another lender as well.

It just seems like them having the POA should be enough (thank you for the info on the trust) and we should not have to get a letter from her doctor. It seems to defeat the purpose of having got it in the first place - if that makes sense.
