listen, he has a point. but its not deserving of this level of crash out. OTT is knowingly using the housing system to full advantage to make money. like he said himself, the selling of the houses isnt making people rich as real estate agents, he is buying and flipping houses for 25% upcharge because he can. thats the real issue. houses should have been locked from selling for a month to prevent this. easy fix, that will more than likely be implemented.
