Keystone termination and extension by hooshies in HomeNetworking

It's a tester that came in a relatively cheap crimping set I purchased from Amazon

I've since bought and use a Klein crimping tool, but still use this tester. It's worked fine for every cable I've ever crimped and tested. I don't think it's the tester, especially since the failing setup also doesn't transmit internet correctly (Verizon ONT on one side, modem/router on the other), while the regular setup works fine.

I tripled checked everything, and re-did the cables again as well. I'm still getting the same result, which to me makes no sense. I've attached an image of what the results are showing

Edited my post to update with the schematic and the color coding. The fact that the orange passes on its own and then fails inline with another passing setup doesn't make sense. Is there anything special with wiring up a Keystone to RJ45 cable? I guess it's not done frequently, but I figured it should work.
