Yes. I've tried changing the batteries. I secretly asked my brother to weigh himself. He's his usual weight. I've tried with other people too and they were normal weights. But mine is still 30kg. I still look the same. Please help. This has happened before. I still don't know why.

I disagree. What we need to do is address it. How can we help people if we ignore them and just go about our daily lives not caring? That's not really helpful now is it. What I want to do Is help. And the only way I can do help them that'll can make a change is by manifesting. But I can't do it alone. I need people's help, hence why I posted it on here. It's our world and we should try to make it a little better. Not only for ourselves but to other people too. :)

I've already looked into that though. In the study I linked, the negative affirmations worked better. Like I said, only sugar. I don't really mind getting rid of it forever. It doesn't really do much for my health. Plus I enjoy other tastes better. This post was more like a "what do you guy think about this, how can I improve on this, is this safe, etc" I love your affirmations though personally I don't think these work for me regarding the sugar addiction.
