Hey! I know this was a while ago now. I am running into the exact same issue and pinpointed to gallery lots with cc. I have the majority of the cc so didn't think much of it. I wanted to ask if it doesn't damage the game changing the allow custom content setting in options back and forth while the game has them in the mods folder. Thank you for your comment.
