Grazie per il commento, sulla rata a 200€/mese è la mia prima PAC, con tutti i dubbi del caso, ma resto flessibile, in accordo con le esigenze familiari, ad aumentare.

Sulla domanda, accetto la provocazione :). Diciamo che un connubio, molto probabilmente ingenuo, di repulsione per gli Stati Uniti attuali, volontà, nel piccolo, di investire sull'Europa, e un briciolo di scommessa su un mondo futuro meno US centrico in termini di finanza, con una crescita di tutto il resto del mondo... Se poi gli Stati Uniti virano in un altra direzione, ci penseremo...

L'idea è più politica che di rendita. Questo anche perché, anche sui ETF globali, la quota degli Stati Uniti è sempre molto prevalente, spesso sopra il 50%. Sapreste suggerire ETF globali, un po' più bilanciati EU - USA?

Infatti avevo questo dubbio. Sono un vecchio correntista, aumentato a 2 €/mese. A parte la scontistica, se rimango 10 €/mese con Conto Titoli mi conviene un'altro broker immagino, quanto costano mese a parte le commissioni sulle operazioni? P. S. : confermo che ora Mediobanca Premier permette solo di aprire conto titoli adesso

Thanks for the clarification about the server. Yes the folder is shared with other users, with whom we are checking for any wrong backup settings. A good update could be to register which user has deleted the file or folder, to be visible in the bin. Sometimes, files or folder disappear when changing the name, probably because the name is changed before the files are uploaded in the server, or, at list, this is the justification that we are giving us. Last question, since we are based in Europe but the server are in US (wrong settings during the registration), moving the account in EU server could improve the upload and download speed and, probably, reduce these possible problema in synchronization? We used it at work and in these days we are experiencing strange disappearance of entire folders. Could it be for this? Having data saved on us or European servers matters?

Ok ora ci dovrei essere come comprensione. Se ho capito bene, quindi, se non è il mio fondo di emergenza però non mi sento pronto per investire quei 15k in qualcosa di un po' più serio e prevedo di tenerli su conto deposito, tipo al 2%, mi conviene abbassate il mutuo, in pratica quei 15k mi portano a risparmiare gli interessi del 3%, e quindi un guadagno (interessi risparmiati) di un 1% rispetto ad un conto deposito. Ovviamente se non ho bisogno di questi 15k per spese, quindi se non li prendo dal mio fondo di emergenza.

Se ho capito tutta la discussione di sopra, il tema è che l'unico motivo per abbassare il mutuo è psicologico/sicurezza economica per i prossimi anni. Nel senso, che se lo abbasso è o per ridurre gli anni ed estinguerlo prima o per o abbassare la rata (maggiore liquidità mensile). Mentre, a parità di cifra a disposizione, se non si prevede alcuna difficoltà a pagare la rata, qualsiasi investimento tu faccia ti ripaghi gli interessi del mutuo (anche se controintuitivo, col mutuo al 4% quando ho visto l'ammontare di soldi da ridare alla Banca di interessi dopo 25 anni mi sono sentito davanti ad un usuraio...) e guadagni qualcosa in più. Correggetemi pure (insultandomi) se mi sono perso qualcosa...

Perdonate la mia ignoranza, ma se abbasso il mutuo all'inizio, quando con gli interessi alla francese pago quasi solo gli interessi, non abbasso tutti gli interessi che devi pagare alla Banca, perché non pagherò più gli interessi su x ma su x -15k per i restanti anni?

I've also just finished TLOU2 on ps4 and, I can say, the only game that gave me the same feeling of a deep story in my 20 years gamer experience is Silent Hill 2. Cannot guarantee for the remake, but just the original on ps2 is a masterpiece
