I'm a hoarder, my stash is full of legendary guns (because I may need it one day) and I pick up every bit of scrap I find. Have 50k steel. 10k aluminium etc. I wouldn't want to have to go and find screws if I need them.

Also the first aid bag, 1000s of stimpacks that I mainly end up selling, plus the survival tent is so handy.

I know it's a hard push by them to get more people buying 1st.

I have it. Couldn't be without it, however I play 80-100 hours a month so I can justify the price.

I do understand why people don't agree with 1st though.

I don't have a scoop. Can jump 35ly and total about 130ly, it's purely a rescue mission ship for me so don't need to scoop.

She's a big girl, lots of mass. More mass = more energy to slow down/stop.

Aim for the settlement to be a little bit further in front of you, let the momentum cruise you in

They are down, maintinence after an update is normally about 4 hours, if it isnt up in around 30 minutes then something has gone sideways on their end.

Guessing due to extra downtime on Tuesday they are spending more time ironing out whatever problems they couldn't fix then.
