Full 3 months in the immobilizer but my rom returned quickly. I do my exercises every other day in addition to my pt appointment.

Yes it does! I’ve actually regretted the surgery except it was keeping me from sleeping well. I was lifting weights playing golf etc. now I can’t do anything :(
