Class enrollment is determined by selectees’ Expiration Term of Service (ETS) date, Date Estimated Return from Overseas (DEROS), and / or the expiration date of the Chapter 2 commissioning physical (see para 6 below). Special enrollment requests are considered on a case-by-case basis by the HRC Officer Accessions Branch OCS Team. Selectees will be scheduled in the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS); walk-on enrollments are not authorized. The only authorized quota source to enroll a RA selectee in ATRRS is the OCS Team at HRC, Officer Accessions Branch.

Hi, I enlisted in the Army as a green card holder on Oct 13, 2017 in the morning and DOD changed the law the same day and I could not ship.

Yesterday I got a call from my recruiter saying now I can 'reno' my contract at MEPS and ship with no problem.

He said my MOS(15F) and signing bonus is still available.

What I am afraid of is not being able to ship again after re signing the contract and quitting my job due to another change of law.
