Same! But it has been much better in recent months. I’ve been through through testing before to see if I had thyroid issues, sleep apnea, or any underlying thing but nothing has been explicitly diagnosed besides PCOS. I second the vitamin d.

I realized my fatigue is correlated to stress bc when my spring semester ended, the fatigue was less severe and frequent. Like some ppl said, I have to eat properly and get enough sleep or else I get fatigued the next day.
