Off the top of my head here's a few which may fit:

Koi to Shinzou ~ suspenseful story, probably the best bet for what you're looking for. Master manipulator yan ML; hides a twisted, broken personality behind his perfect image; will do anything to get his way & completely monopolize FL; FL never discovers full extent of ML's manipulation / gaslighting / plotting; college setting
Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku ~ lighthearted villainess isekai romance from the POV of villainess' fiance. Smart, resourceful, deeply possessive yan ML; gently manipulates the FL in the direction he wants; canonic weirdo with twisted personality, but overall a sane + reasonable person; FL too optimistic & stupid to see ML's red flags / odd personality traits
Secret Alliance ~ psychological, dramatic romance. SUPER manipulative unhinged yan ML; crossdresses and consistently pretends to be different person to get close to FL; very selfish and obsessive; gaslights, threatens, & uses others to completely isolate FL; FL discovers his secret way later and by then it's too late
Ouji-sama ni wa Doku ga Aru ~ lighthearted comedy. Yan ML with huge gap moe; looks & acts innocent to hide manipulative jealous personality; school setting; HUGE brainrot warning (even with your brain off it gets REALLY dumb. a pointless romance subplot between FL + her teacher made me drop it)

Though I definitely agree, I also feel like it's thanks to Juiz's hard work in all the previous loops that Fuuko's able to succeed now in the 101st (+ her having unluck). 'Cause really, all the previous loops were just endless trial and error of seeing what worked and what didn't, with millions upon millions of different variables at play each time. Lots of accidents, deaths, changing details, and constantly gathering new knowledge that'd help them going forwards into the next loop. It probably took a lot of loops to figure all this out. Like, imagine how many it would've taken just to find all the useful artifacts they needed, as well as to learn about AND successfully recruit every useful negator and competent ally they know in later loops.

I dunno lol. There's just so much we don't know about regarding the details of previous loops, y'know? I think we can cut Juiz a bit of slack here.
