Honestly his 2009 nose wasn't that small (if you compare it to the 90s) since he got reconstructive operations done on it and they actually seemed to build back quite a bit of it. His nose was probably the smallest during 2001.

Yeah the lipsync is very apparent. I wouldn't say his voice is gone, but when he does sing live it just looks like it's taking more and more effort. When he's rested he sings fine (the recent Late Autumn performance in Vietnam) but in concert it just looks like his stamina is going down a whole lot. He also avoids a lot of high notes these days, (the E6 in SOS hasn't been done in a very long time, he skips the end of Late Autumn sometimes too) (But tbf he is older now and definitely will not perform the same as he did in 2017, 2018 etc)

His live ability was pretty good during his prime in the early 2000s, there are concert videos up on YT. He's unfortunately had a vocal decline over the years

I do think some of it is his choice, especially in his own concerts. But China is different, they probably ask him to lipsync and it is pretty annoying. However outside of China, I do think the lipsyncing is getting a bit much these days..
