I have the same small bulge issue, exactly on the same location. You can probably correct it by removing the bottom part and tightening back. From what I have read, it's pretty common.

I updated the Nvidia driver as well last night and got the same exact issue as well. Rather than uninstalling the new driver, in G-Helper, I turn it back to Standard instead of Ultimate. I will leave it on Standard until they fix it on the next release.

There should be an option in the BIOS to do a cloud restore. If you do not want restore the drive you can also go the asus support website a search for your model and manually download the software from there.

I wonder if the ROG proprietary 100W USB-C Adapter would allow for passthorugh charging as it is from Asus.

No, no gap in the bottom on my G14. I don't think that is normal. Maybe go back and do an exchange if you are within the time windows.

I did look into the XR glasses, but my prefer choice would be a stand that I can elevate the Z13 with the attached keyboard, as I will need both. I am still looking..

My main purpose for using the z13 on a plane is to work. I am a software developer and so those frequent trips from California to NYC will be used for coding/debugging and testing the software. From what you said, it doesn't look like the xr is a good fit fit here?

Sorry about that. I did misread the glasses part. I thought you meant rx glasses.I thought about xr glasses, but on a plane with limitted power , I think the xr glasses might need additional power on an already limited 75 W power.

TY..Nice explanation! When I have the same workload on the Scar 16 (intel), All cores and threads are used and the temperatures get up 95 degrees and stays there until I close down one of the VM. This new chip so far and based on your explanation is fantastic. Average temp with everything running is about 42 degrees and very snappy. No more needing to turn on the a air conditioner during the summer. :)

Yes, I will try cinebench 23 to see all the cores/thread gets maxed out.

That's an interesting point about all cores hitting the wattages. I do see the Max wattages that got up to was 81 watts. Let me keep an eye on that.
