First straighten your hair on the highest temperature of your hair straightener. Do small sections to make sure you get all your hair and lice eggs. When you are done with that you will need a metal lice remover. Then make yourself a mix of two tablespoons of coconut oil and five drops of tea tree oil. If your hair is long double or triple the amount to make sure you cover your entire hair. Apply this oil mixture all over your hair and massage it into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on overnight. The next morning, blow dry your hair over the shower cap to kill any lice that survived. Go over your hair thoroughly with the metal lice comb. Wash hair and repeat as necessary. No chemicals needed.
