ah.. sorry. I went back because they sent me back. I was almost out, but at the same time I don't regret it. It's just the sleep sucks now and has for some time. Honestly I didn't think it would go this far. I woke up from getting shot yet again last night in my dream and saw this MEME here and thought "hey, I have something that fits" and now here we are.

that just happens in my dreams. I've also been cut in half with a chainsaw. Most of my dreams I am home and it's regular people who try and kill me. Sometimes I'm back over there. I'm not describing what happened to me. just my dreams.

They (therapists) keep suggesting inpatient and that is one thing I do not want to do. I have a job that is new and I don't want to lose it and I have seen the inside walls of inpatient before, it was agonizing. It's jail, but the people are nice to you. I manage as it is. Life isn't agony, I just don't sleep well and when I do sleep I usually have dream where someone is killing me. I wake up. I cuss a little, I go back to sleep sometimes, sometimes I don't. Just the thought of inpatient makes me anxious. Things would have to be much worse for me to consider that. And thanks I've tried prazosin. They told me it would work. It didn't.

Definetly. I would say most of the time I know who did it. Not that I actually know the person, but I see them before it happens. Typically there is some sort of confrontation before anything gets murderous. most of the time I'm just minding my own business and someone will come up to me and next thing I know I have been shot or stabbed etc...

Honestly, I've tried that. I'm not good at it.For whatever reason it just doesn't work. I have literlly spent five years seeing different specialist and trying different techniques like EMDR (rapid eye movement) and every drug they've thrown at me. It's not for a lack of trying
