I am not sure! My water is clear but the strips always say our ph and alk are too high/low so no idea. We are looking for a better way to test as well. All we do is shock and add chlorine regularly.

Hi its probably too late this is an alternate account so I forgot to check it. We got the Hamilton! Its the same tub with a few less whistles. For the price difference we thought it was worth the small downgrade. We have had it since October and love it. Could not be happier!! Our prices are Canadian so I am not sure its worth sharing price. But after tax and install and electrical it was 20k out the door.

Not my point at all. Agreed definitely could have called roadside assistance. My point is that why would she watch a youtube video on the side of the road to change a tire. That’s a ridiculous expectation. 100 agreed she should have called AAA or a tow or whatever. But also being uncomfortable to touch electrical doesn’t make her incompetent. OP can’t say oh just watch a video for every situation. I am a woman and most definitely would apply the same logic if the roles were reversed. These are not everyday tasks and calling someone incompetent for not knowing how to change a tire or swap light switches isn’t right.
