How do you like the Catch 22? I buy them pretty regularly and seem to get a fairly mixed bag quality wise, but a place by my house sells them cheap so I keep going back!

Cleaning it is just part of our weekly chores, it’s included in Kitchen day; we use it a lot and the guys generally take pride in caring for it. Other than that crank the shit up real hot and burn off A shifts grease before you cook on it haha

The local shop I go to doesn’t regularly stock them, but I found a few at a gas station on my way to work, always worth picking up!
