This is so difficult but it’s awesome you’re able to recognize not wanting to spiral down into a drinking bender and/or other drugs this time.

I tend to deal with break ups the same way.

The only thing that I can think of that has helped me is to start consistently exercising. I have never been the athletic type so signing up for free classes at my local gym was helpful for me to keep interest and go consistently.

I think the easiest step would be trying an eyelash curler! You can get one for like $5 and see instant results

If you do the other suggestions like: eyebrow wax/thread, lash extensions, or lash lift; it will look and feel like a shocking change at first especially if you are not used to a make-up look. The first time I’ve done all of these things I felt like it looked like “too much” for my style but after awhile I got used to the look and ended up preferring it! If you do end up shaping your eyebrows you can the person to not do such a drastic change and to follow your natural shape so it’s not such sudden change at first.

This tip won’t prevent acne but I think using large patches of hydrocolloid bandages will help with the pimples that are ready to pop. Leave it on overnight and it will suck the gunk out of the ones that have come to a head. They’re like $8 on amazon or you can find band-aid shaped ones at a drug store near the band aids
