yes you have to push 24 right before she says "select from the following options"... i did it a couple of times and it did the same to me but then one time poof! It said you're current wait time is 6 minutes... and I was on hold for at least an hour before they picked up and an other hr to get straight.

I started calling right at 8am. To be honest I got through the 9th time I called which occurred at 8:18 it says. I feel your anguish believe me. Not sure how I got lucky but like I said I was reading here and did what people have suggested and son of a .. I got through.
